History & Partnerships
Ubuntu was founded to fill a critical gap in Africa’s healthcare landscape: the need for locally-led, globally-compliant clinical research and healthcare solutions. Over the years, we have built strong collaborations with key national and regional institutions. Notably, we work closely with the National Institute for Medical Research, the Ministry of Health, and the Mbeya Zonal Referral Hospital. These partnerships enable us to conduct high-quality studies, deliver health services, and expand our impact where it’s needed most.
